Privacy policy
This privacy policy applies to the Q Calendar app (the “Application”) for mobile devices, provided by Regnum Digital Company (the “Service Provider”).
Q Calendar is designed to be a local-first calendar. Your calendar content, stickers, and most app data are stored on your device.
Analytics and crash reporting
Q Calendar uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to improve reliability and understand broad product use. Product Analytics and Crash Reporting are enabled by default. You can turn either one off on the first-launch privacy notice or later in Settings > Privacy.
The information sent may include an app-install identifier, app and device information, named screens, feature actions, crash diagnostics, and coarse location inferred from an IP address.
Your calendar and sticker content is never included. This means we do not send event titles, notes, dates, attendees, sticker images, filenames, or imported file contents to these services. Q Calendar may record that a feature was used, such as saving an event or importing a sticker, but not the content involved.
This information is not anonymous because it may use an app-install identifier. It is not used for advertising, remarketing, or personalised ads, and Q Calendar does not send advertising identifiers. The Application does not collect precise location data.
Turning off either service stops future collection for that service. It does not delete information Google has already processed.
Photos, files, and local access
When you choose to import stickers, the Application may access the photos or files you select, including images in its local /stickers folder. Imported images are copied into the Application’s local storage so they continue to work inside the app. They are not sent to Product Analytics or Crash Reporting.
Third-party services
Q Calendar directly uses:
- Google Analytics for Firebase for Product Analytics (privacy information, terms)
- Firebase Crashlytics for Crash Reporting (privacy information, terms)
Google processes the limited information described above on the Service Provider’s behalf under its applicable terms.
Data sharing and retention
The Service Provider does not sell your personal data.
Limited information may otherwise be disclosed only:
- as required by law
- to protect rights, safety, or security
- to service providers acting on the Service Provider’s behalf
Google retains Product Analytics and Crash Reporting information according to its applicable policies and terms.
If you uninstall the Application, locally stored app data may be removed from your device, subject to your platform’s normal uninstall behavior.
Children
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider so appropriate action can be taken.
Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable steps to protect information processed through the Application and to keep the Application’s data handling limited and practical.
Because much of the Application’s data is stored locally, the security of your device also matters.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-08-29.
